QC Inspector
Our client, located in Southern New Jersey, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to assist with quality requirements as it relates to incoming material and outgoing orders.
Responsibilities:
*Supporting verification of outbound orders for completeness and compliance to quality standards
* Interprets industry standards and customer provided design documentation to determine acceptability criteria.
*Assisting quality and production in investigations of process related quality issues
* Do
* Compares hardware on assemblies, subassemblies, and parts to parts list to verify proper assemble
*Effectively navigating company ERP system to update quality records (inspection records, first article inspection)
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in quality control, testing, or manufacturing (mechanical, electrical, chemical, or assembly environments).
* Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
* Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards; AS9100 experience is a plus.
* Strong communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
