Mechanical Laborer

TradeWorX is hiring mechanically inclined laborers for a shop position in the Charleroi, PA area. This is a long-term opportunity supporting pressure control valve rebuilding operations in a shop/yard environment. Candidates should be comfortable working with tools, shop equipment, and general labor tasks in an industrial setting.

Pay & Overtime

• $20/hour
• 40–50 hours per week
• Overtime available
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Flexible start times between 7am–9am

Job Duties

• Assist with rebuilding pressure control valves
• Sand blasting and spray painting components
• Shop and yard cleanup
• Material handling and general labor support
• Operate forklift as needed (experience preferred)

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined skillset
• Comfortable working in a shop/industrial environment
• Forklift experience preferred
• Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR
• Reliable transportation and attendance required
