Our trusted customer is seeking a motivated Mechanical Laborer to assist in the onsite construction of water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and related infrastructure projects. This role involves installing mechanical equipment, piping systems, and supporting general construction activities.
We are looking for individuals who not only work hard but also demonstrate emerging leadership qualities, such as initiative, accountability, and the ability to positively influence team performance.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with installation of mechanical equipment, including pumps, treatment systems, and chemical feed systems

Install interior flanged ductile iron piping and PVC piping

Install miscellaneous metal fabrications

Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials

Safely operate hand tools and power equipment

Maintain clean and organized job sites

Work in environments involving ladders, confined spaces, and hot work (cutting, grinding, welding)

Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks efficiently

Education & Certifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods on active construction sites

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and reaching

Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and in physically demanding conditions
