The location in Johnsonburg, (Pennsylvania, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for its J1 Paper Machine. This job is full-time permanent.
YOUR ROLE:
The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor is the leader and area owner for the paper machine's mechanical maintenance and reliability reporting to the Paper Machine Maintenance Superintendent. This position is a traditional supervisory role which includes, but is not limited to the following:
YOUR PROFILE:
Minimum Qualifications: Leadership skills; multiple years' mechanical work experience in an industrial setting; strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge. Ability and willingness to support a 24/7 operation.
Preferred Qualifications: Technical degree with emphasis on mechanical technologies, familiar with reliability centered maintenance practices and predictive maintenance tools, including but not limited to vibration analysis, thermography, lube analysis and failure analysis techniques; SAP system experience; Pulp and Paper equipment experience.
You will be required to successfully complete a selection process that could include interviews, an employment background check, a pre-employment drug screen, reference verifications, and aptitude tests (for some positions).
