Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Location: Ashtabula, OH

Shift: 2nd Shift

Starting Pay:$25.00-$35.00 based on experience.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated and reliable individual to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will perform preventative maintenance, assist in and perform equipment repairs, troubleshoot electrical control circuits, and handle other assigned duties.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventative maintenance routines on assigned equipment.
- Assist upper-level Maintenance Technicians in repairs.
- Perform minor repairs independently.
- Maintain and repair intermediate equipment.
- Test malfunctioning machinery to identify issues.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers, other departments, and technicians.
- Troubleshoot electrical control circuits, relays, motor starters, transformers, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

** Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Injection molding maintenance experience.
- Strong industrial electrical background.
- Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
- Proficient in hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Welding skills (MIG, TIG, stick).
- Ability to run conduit.
- Plumbing skills.
- Must be able to work with fiberglass.
