Join Our Maintenance Team!
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Oldsmar. This is a hands-on maintenance role for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who takes pride in keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot, dismantle, repair, and replace defective machinery and equipment.
Install new or repaired mechanical and electrical components.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and physical structures as needed.
Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machinery components.
Install and repair electrical apparatus, including transformers, wiring, and electrical/electronic components.
Troubleshoot and work with 3-phase electrical systems from 24V to 480V.
Read and interpret electrical schematics.
Use electrical testing equipment to diagnose equipment issues.
Work with PLC systems and 3-phase electrical equipment.
Layout, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems.
Install and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related components.
Use power tools and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards.
What We're Looking For:
Mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems (24V–480V).
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
Experience with electrical testing equipment.
Knowledge of PLC systems and 3-phase equipment.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Welding experience (TIG/MIG) is a plus.
Comfortable using a variety of power tools.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Positive attitude and motivated work ethic.
Methodical, detail-oriented approach to maintenance.
Strong team-player who works well with others.
Safety-conscious and committed to quality workmanship.
