QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required to maintain the security of the facilities
• Required to obtain a Black Seal Boiler Operators license within the first year of employment
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in building and custodial maintenance, reconstruction, and repair work
• Required criminal history background check and proof ofU.S. citizenship or legal alien status.

Salary Range: $50,967 - $63,112 (2026-2027 School Year) plus $1,500 Black Seal Stipend (upon obtaining), as per the Association Agreements with the Board of Education.
