Job Description

Job Title: Mechanical/ Manufacturing Assembler

Duration: 12 months

Shift: 5am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Description:

Assemble HVAC units, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions and specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment safely.
Install parts such as coils, motors, fans, wiring, panels, insulation, and other components.
Read and follow drawings, work orders, and production instructions.
Inspect finished assemblies for quality, proper fit, and workmanship.
Perform basic testing and identify defects or assembly issues.
Maintain production speed and meet daily quality and output targets.
Follow OSHA, safety, PPE, and Carrier manufacturing procedures.
Keep the workstation clean, organized, and properly stocked.
