Other combinations of education and experience may be considered as equivalentCertifications in SolidWorks (i.e. CSWA, CSWP, CSWE, CPPA, etc.), Engineering in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineering (PE), preferredStrong problem solving and analytic skills (i.e., can conduct root cause analysis, make recommendations, and track results)Knowledge of manufacturing continuous improvement methodologiesAbility to write and document all manufacturing process, inspection, and testing proceduresCapability to effectively communicate, coach, and train shop floor team members on processing informationStrong knowledge of electronics components and electronic assembliesAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical personnelAbility to lift 25 Pounds, on occasion up to 50 Pounds#J-18808-Ljbffr
