Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred
- Mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving
- Team player who can also work solo
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
- Open to flexible hours and overtime when needed
