• Who we need: Welders and Pipefitters (100–300 skilled Pipefitters)
• Where: Abernathy, TX
• When: Start on August 17, 2026
• Pay: $32–$34/hour, based on experience & NCCER Certification
• Per Diem: $125/day — guaranteed 7 days per week
• Schedule: 7 days/week, 12-hour shifts, 80+ hour workweeks available

What you’ll do

• Install structural steel supports
• Install prefabricated stainless-steel pipe spools
• Support chilled water piping systems for an active data center construction site
• Read and interpret drawings and layouts
• Work safely and uphold site quality requirements

What you’ll need

• Proven Pipefitter and/or Welder experience
• Stainless-steel piping experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week
• Comfort with 80+ hour workweeks
• Reliable transportation to the jobsite
• Must be able to pass all required jobsite requirements
