Our clients range from public agencies at local, state and government levels as well as private sectors. Type of projects include but not limited to educational facilities (K-12, colleges and universities), residential multi family, industrial, especially transportation (rail, airports, ports, etc.), hotel, high rise building, etc.Plumbing/FP EngineerMinimum of 10 years plumbing design experience for a variety of projects.Proficient with latest California and local plumbing codes, Cal Green, LEED requirements related to plumbing, Title 24, and NFPA codes.Capable of plumbing calculations, design, layout, and writing specifications.Attend meetings with clients and site investigations.Review and provide QA/QC of other designers' work, interpret their plans and specs, and make comments.Provide field inspection and respond to subcontractor RFIs.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience with Revit and AutoCAD.Transportation Project Experience is a plus.This is an immediate full-time position that requires the person to work at the job site in the LA Metropolitan area.Our company provides competitive compensation based on experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
