Mechanical Production Tech

Location: Oroville, CA Shifts: 1st & 2nd (12hour shifts) Start: ASAP Type: FullTime, TemptoHire Pay: starts at $17/hr.

Active production role in a manufacturing environment. Long shifts, handson work, and strong attention to safety and detail are required.

 Essential Skills 

• • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide; fractions & decimals)

  • Tape measure reading down to 1/16”

  • Mechanical ability and comfort working with tools/equipment

  • Problemsolving skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to learn and retain training

  • Teamwork + ability to work independently

  • Reliable work history

  • Physical strength & stamina (lift up to 100 lbs, stand/walk all day)

  
  

  Job Duties

  • Work 12hour shifts in a fastpaced production setting

  • Follow all safety rules and report unsafe conditions

  • Complete tasks accurately and on time

  • Climb stairs when needed

  • Perform repetitive hand and body movements

  • Use hand tools and powered equipment

  • Support team goals and help others when needed

  • Perform other tasks as assigned

    
    

    
    Education

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Mechanical experience is a plus
