Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role involves managing small teams of 1-5 members and ensuring effective project planning, design coordination, and technical execution using industry-standard tools such as Inventor and SolidWorks.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion
- Coordinate design efforts with cross-functional teams
- Perform technical analysis to validate designs and ensure project integrity
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes
- Collaborate effectively with a small team of engineers and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proficient with CAD software, including Inventor and SolidWorks
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis
