Mechanical Project Engineer - HVAC
Pay: $60,000 - $75,000 Salary, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 8-hour shift of time between 5:00am to 4:00pm

What You Will Be Doing:
- Involved with all facets of the project, from up front coordination during the design process through execution and close out
- A large portion of the position involves office related support to our Field in order to make the installation as efficient as possible
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and other team members.
- Review submittals for completeness and compliance with drawings.
- Processes submittals and keep project team apprised of schedule needs.
- Work closely with Project Manager, Engineering, and Field Leads through the duration of the project.
- RFI's: review, write, log, submit and track.
- Understand scope of design change documents.
- File project documentation.
- Understand schedule needs of the project and communicate such with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assemble O&M manuals.
- Job site visits to ensure projects are on track, about 1 time per month
What We Are Looking For:
- Construction Management or Engineer Degree is a plus, but not required
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
- Honesty, integrity, reliability. Someone that does what they say they are going to do
- Great communication skills with customers, suppliers, and other team members
- Creative problem-solving skills
- The ability to prioritize and multitask
- Solutions oriented
- Great organizational skills
- Basic understanding of the construction industry and familiar with basic HVAC related concepts
