Your Impact

As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will take ownership of the mechanical design process and play a critical role in delivering high-performance, energy-efficient building systems. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, influence project direction, and mentor others—making your mark on every project you touch.

What You’ll Do

• Lead mechanical (HVAC) design for complex, high-impact projects
• Develop innovative, energy-efficient solutions tailored to client goals
• Guide and mentor engineering team members within your discipline
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project partners to drive success
• Ensure technical excellence from concept through execution

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Architectural Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of HVAC design experience (healthcare, research, or higher education preferred)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
• Proficiency with tools like Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
