Dewberry is currently seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer for our New York, NY office with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical systems design and analysis (projects). Duties will include mechanical/HVAC engineering design (Boiler and Chiller Plants and larger scale HVAC systems design), building information modeling (BIM) using Revit MEP software Bently BIM and/or MicroStation experience a plus, CAD drafting using AutoCad software, HVAC load calculations and energy modeling using Trane Trace 3D software, drawing production, specification writing and equipment selection, discipline coordination between the various trades, shop drawing and submittal reviews, construction site reviews, and code reviews for MEP systems for various projects.

Salary Range:The projected range for this position is $97,913-$139,875 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly. These ranges are for NY only.
