Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sacramento, CA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your mechanical design expertise to exciting projects under the guidance of top engineers in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction industry. This position is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of experience as a Mechanical Designer, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and strong communication and time management skills.

Work Environment
Our work environment offers a flexible and hybrid work schedule, allowing for a personalized arrangement with a mix of onsite and remote work. Initially, you will be onsite 2-3 days per week, transitioning to around 1 day per week based on performance. The team is structured into small groups, promoting tight-knit collaboration and mentorship. Our company culture is family-oriented and people-first, with a focus on mentorship and ongoing education. We operate in a fun and inclusive atmosphere, with flexible schedules and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Our office is located in a two-story building in San Bernardino, providing ample space for collaboration and learning. The workload is split approximately 60% technical and 40% project management, allowing for growth into more sr. level project management roles.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $67.31/hr.
