Mechanical Project Manager - 1354679

Responsibilities

Oversee Mechanical Construction Project from start to finish

Develop partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors, manage project delivery, and solidify those relationships

Organizing the submittal and closeout processes, billing, and scheduling

Project coordination, including coordination drawings and RFIs

Coordinate staff as necessary with other firm tasks

Meets each project's technical, contractual, time, financial, and client service goals

Requirements:

5+ years of Mechanical Construction experience with a Mechanical Contractor, Medical Projects are a must

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. must be able to communicate ideas to a variety of audiences

The capacity to successfully operate alone

Capable in using Microsoft Office and scheduling tools

Excellent customer service abilities are required
