This is an opportunity to join a contractor where your work is valued and your career can grow long-term.The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.You'll work closely with field leadership, estimating, and executive teams to drive project success and maintain strong client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systemsDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecastsOversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract administrationLead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate project risks, change orders, and cost impactsEnsure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company proceduresCollaborate with field teams to drive productivity and resolve jobsite challengesSupport project closeout, including documentation, punch lists, and final financialsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical constructionStrong background in HVAC, plumbing, and/or piping systemsProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExperience with project financials, budgeting, and cost controlStrong leadership, communication, and client-facing skillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsProficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office toolsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base compensationPerformance-based bonus potentialComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)Vehicle allowance or company vehicleStrong pipeline of work providing long-term stabilityClear path for advancement within a growing organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
