    • Review and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts.
    • Collaborate with field teams and Superintendents to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
    • Support procurement of mechanical equipment and materials to meet schedule demands.
    • Participate in design-build and preconstruction efforts, including estimating and system coordination.
    • Maintain communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule, budget, and performance goals.
    • Oversee project closeout including commissioning, punch list completion, and final documentation.
    Qualifications
    • 5–10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical or HVAC construction.
    • Strong experience managing projects involving HVAC systems, refrigeration, and piping.
    • Background working for a mechanical contractor or general contractor with MEP focus.
    • Proven experience managing projects from start to finish (full lifecycle).
    • Strong understanding of construction processes including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
    • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience working on commercial interior fit-outs, renovations, or fast-track projects.
    • Familiarity with BIM/VDC coordination and integrated project delivery methods.
    • Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
