Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager / Estimator

Position Overview: As a Project Manager / Estimator you will be our point of contact to our clients.  You will estimate, sell and manage commercial HVAC and Piping projects.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:  Include but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Identify risks and general condition needs.
• Develop project estimates based on plans and specifications.
• Develop and communicate the trade specific scope of work to all necessary parties.
• Review and approve all documents as they relate to each project.
• Compile a list of the necessary sub-contractors.
• Enter summary data into the recap spreadsheet.
• Participate in post project reviews.
• Cooperate with others as a company resource.

Position Requirements:

• Previous experience as a mechanical project manager and estimator.
• Strong negotiating skills with suppliers and customers.
• Budgeting experience.
• Time management skills.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Advanced written, verbal, customer service and relationship building skills.
• High level organizational skills to perform project management responsibilities.
• Strong Multi‐tasking skills.
• Flexible, willingness to be able to adapt to change.
• Ability to work well with others both internally and externally including in stressful situations.
• Proficiency in standard office computer programs such as MS Office 365.
• Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required.

• Ability to operate effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Working Condition / Physical Requirements:

Office environment: Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending and stooping.
