Job Description
- Manage mechanical construction projects from planning through completion.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project financials.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Manage equipment procurement and installation activities.
- Ensure project milestones, quality standards, and profitability objectives are met.
- For service-focused roles, oversee multiple concurrent projects and customer accounts.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience managing mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or related construction projects.
- Strong commercial project management background.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable managing project finances and client relationships.
- Experience with equipment replacement and service-related project work is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
