Job Summary:The successful candidate will serve as the liaison between client design teams, external design teams, and contractors, facilitating design development and standardization across Client building sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee multiple MEP projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality completions.
- Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, and ensure smooth execution.
- Provide technical guidance on MEP systems, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and project managers, promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Establish and maintain quality control processes and manage client expectations effectively.
Must-Have Skills:- In-depth knowledge of building codes, ASHRAE standards, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD) and project management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
Industry Experience Required:- Experience in the mechanical design domain, preferably within industrial or construction environments.
