Mechanical Project Manager

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 Year


 

A well-established and growing mechanical construction company is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

 

• Manage mechanical construction projects from kickoff through closeout

• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls

• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service

• Monitor project performance, productivity, and profitability

• Manage project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements

• Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining project timelines

• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.



Requirements


• Experience in mechanical construction, HVAC, piping, plumbing, refrigeration, or related commercial construction projects

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

• Equivalent industry experience will be considered
