We're seeking a Mechanical Project Manager specializing in Tenant Improvements in Fresno to deliver HVAC and plumbing installations for commercial build-outs across the Central Valley.

Responsibilities
Manage mechanical scope for commercial tenant improvement and renovation projects.
Develop project estimates, budgets, and schedules during preconstruction.
Procure equipment and materials with attention to lead times and budget constraints.
Coordinate HVAC and plumbing installations with other trades and general contractors.
Conduct site walks and inspections to ensure quality and code compliance.
Process change orders, track job costs, and prepare monthly financial reports.
Manage subcontractor relationships and monitor field performance.
Deliver project closeout packages including as-builts and operations manuals.
Requirements
Must-Haves
4 or more years of project management experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical construction.
Experience with tenant improvement and commercial renovation projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving market.
Proficiency with estimating and project management software.
Strong field awareness and ability to read mechanical plans.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in the Central Valley or Central California market.
Bachelor's degree in construction management or mechanical engineering.
Design-build project delivery experience.
