Mechanical Repair Technician

Job Description:

• Our Maintenance Repairs Operation site in Santa Fe Springs California is seeking an Entry-Level Mechanical Repair Technician.
• Responsible for performing complete operation checkouts, modifications and repair correction of problems.
• Repair critical components that make flying possible and safe for you, your loved ones, and for travellers around the world.

• Conducts inspection of incoming assemblies and components according to procedures and technical data
• Sets up repair and test facilities.
• Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
• Repair as necessary identified units that fail test or tolerance levels.
• Assembles fabricated parts, components, or units at floor stations.
• Use hand and power tools for part and component assembly.
• Ensure short cycle time repairs and returns ensuring quality processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
