Entry-Level Mechanical Repair Technician
Santa Fe Springs, California
Onsite
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Contract to Hire
$25.81/hr Position Summary: Entry-Level Mechanical Repair Technician
  • Supports maintenance and repair operations at the Santa Fe Springs service center.
  • Performs operation checkouts, modifications, repairs, and corrective actions on components and assemblies.
  • Repairs critical aerospace components that support aircraft safety and operation.
Responsibilities: Entry-Level Mechanical Repair Technician
  • Conduct inspections of incoming assemblies and components using established procedures and technical data.
  • Set up repair and test facilities.
  • Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to specified tolerances and product requirements.
  • Repair units that fail testing or tolerance requirements.
  • Assemble fabricated parts, components, and units at floor stations.
  • Use hand and power tools for assembly work.
  • Support efficient repair turnaround while maintaining quality standards.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Required Qualifications: Entry-Level Mechanical Repair Technician
  • U.S. Citizen.
Preferred Qualifications: Entry-Level Mechanical Repair Technician
  • Mechanical skills.
