Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal departments
- Create, update, and manage work orders in the service management system
- Communicate with customers regarding service updates, timelines, and follow-up needs
- Track and monitor job progress to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Review and process service reports, invoices, and warranty claims for accuracy
- Maintain organized service records, parts usage logs, and equipment history
- Order parts, manage inventory levels, and coordinate shipments as needed
- Support the service team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes and updating schedules
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Identify and report recurring service issues to assist in process improvement efforts
- Ensure all service activities comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications
