We’re looking for a dynamic Mechanical Services Leader - Project Manager to join our client's growing team and drive excellence in the design and delivery of mechanical systems for cutting-edge building structures.

    What You’ll Do

    As a key leader in our engineering division, you will:

    • Lead with Purpose: Manage Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection (MP/FP) projects from concept to completion—on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
    • Inspire and Mentor: Guide and grow a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
    • Engineer Excellence: Design and analyze complex mechanical systems including HVAC, boilers, chillers, and piping with precision and creativity.
    • Drive Quality: Perform detailed heating/cooling load calculations and ensure the production of high-quality construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
    • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Engage in design coordination meetings and work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to bring visions to life.
    • Be Hands-On: Conduct site visits, field measurements, inspections, and support commissioning activities.
    • Fuel Growth: Contribute to business development efforts by responding to RFQs and participating in project interviews.
    • Champion Standards: Supervise team performance and ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

    What You Bring

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • 15+ years in mechanical engineering (consulting firm experience preferred)
      • 7+ years in project management
      • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
    • Technical Mastery:
      • Deep knowledge of HVAC, boilers, chillers, piping, and energy recovery systems
      • Familiarity with ASHRAE standards, building/mechanical/energy codes, and medical gas systems (a plus)
      • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, and Bluebeam
    • Credentials: Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
