Job Details

Proven experience as a Mechanical Superintendent on heavy civil construction projects, with direct experience on wastewater treatment plant and/or water treatment plant construction required

Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems common to treatment facilities, such as pumps, blowers, piping systems, valves, and process equipment installation
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and specifications

Experience managing subcontractors, self perform crews, and field labor on active treatment plant construction sites

Strong understanding of jobsite safety programs and a demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Ability to manage project schedules, coordinate with project management and other superintendents, and troubleshoot field issues in real time

Experience with quality control and commissioning/startup of mechanical systems on treatment facilities is a plus

OSHA 30 certification preferred

Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse field team
