Mechanical Superintendent (High Purity) Location: Boise, ID Type: Contract Per Diem: $1,000/week
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced High Purity Mechanical (HPM) Superintendent to support a large-scale semiconductor construction project. This position will provide field leadership and coordination across high-purity mechanical, tool installation, and supporting construction activities.
Responsibilities
Lead field coordination for HPM, Tool Install, process piping, and related construction activities.
Supervise trade contractors, large craft workforces, and daily field execution.
Coordinate manpower, staging, logistics, work areas, and construction sequencing.
Resolve multi-discipline field conflicts and remove roadblocks impacting schedule.
Lead daily contractor coordination and field meetings.
Coordinate RFIs, field changes, and constructability issues with engineering and project teams.
Monitor short-term schedules, contractor progress, safety, and quality.
Conduct site walks and ensure compliance with client safety and construction requirements.
Qualifications
10+ years of construction experience with significant field leadership responsibility.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience managing multiple contractors and large craft workforces.
Experience with semiconductor, HPM, Tool Install, process piping, cleanroom, or high-tech construction strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, RFIs, and field coordination.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
