Mechanical Supervisor

Required Citizenship / Work Permit / Visa Status:
US Citizen/Green card Holder

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); Master's preferred.
• Atleast 5 years of Pharma utility systems hands-on experience: HVAC, cleanroom, compressed air, chilled water, steam - must have commissioned or qualified at least one of these inside a pharma plant
• Sterile manufacturing background: Must have worked in a sterile injectables environment - vials, PFS, or IV bags. Solid dosage only is not acceptable.
• IQ/OQ/PQ execution + Cap Ex management: Must have personally run mechanical equipment qualifications AND managed capital project budgets with vendor coordination.

Nice to Haves:
PMP certification is a plus
Additional Guidelines:

• candidates from CDMOs like Catalent or Patheon who have worked on multiple client sites in sterile injectables tend to onboard fastest - they're already wired to adapt to new environments and documentation standards.
