Role snapshot
- Own reliability across mechanical systems: install, service, and repair diverse industrial equipment.
- Pinpoint root causes and resolve mechanical problems to keep uptime high.
- Operate machinery during repair and assist with operational duties when required.
- Alternate between independent assignments and collaboration with a seasoned maintenance team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of assessment test(s).
- 1+ year hands-on experience or formal education in print reading and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends included, with overtime as needed.
Safety & work environment
- Follow all safety procedures at all times.
- Use required PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and boots with metatarsal protection.
- Expect industrial conditions that can be hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, or noisy.

- Strength in mechanical troubleshooting plus solid maintenance and repair capabilities.
