Daily tasks will include test-driving vehicles, troubleshooting electrical and drivability issues, and repairing or replacing components like cooling systems and safety sensors. Clear communication of findings with estimators and team members will be essential to maintain workflow and repair quality standards.In order to do this, you'll need the following:Valid driver's license with a good driving recordAutomotive repair experienceMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn advanced technology systemsInterest in ADAS systems, calibrations, and modern vehicle electronicsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to squat, kneel, bend, and lift 70+ lbsWillingness to complete ongoing training and certification programsExperience with diagnostics or scan tools is a plus!OUR COMPANYOur company began in 1973 as W & W Body Shop, founded by two car enthusiast brothers.
