About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Mechanical Technician to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring on-time delivery of equipment, improving maintenance efficiency, and enhancing people productivity within the Maintenance Base.
Responsibilities
- Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and comply with the reliability-centered maintenance strategy.
- Record materials and supplies, labor costs, and equipment maintenance performance history in the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization and cost of service delivery.
- Perform production tree assembly, valve assembly, and testing.
- Utilize torque tools and test pumps for assembly and validation.
- Adhere to company maintenance standards and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Experience with production tree assembly, valve assembly, and equipment testing.
- Hands-on use of torque tools and test pumps.
- Oil & gas industry experience.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum: ~2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong preference for local candidates (within an hour drive) due to scheduling flexibility needs.
- PPE provided, including coveralls, hard hat, safety glasses, work boots.
- Training: NEST / SIPP training in Kellyville, OK.
