Mechanical Territory Sales Representative - Greater Portland Oregon Area

THE JOB:

The local team is looking to hire a mechanically-inclined sales professional in the greater Portland, OR area (SW Washington down to Salem Oregon).

In this technical sales role, you will sell projects and service agreements to Owner and Property Manager personas. Key verticals sold into include Healthcare, K-12, Government, Manufacturing, and other emerging Commercial verticals. Estimating and specifying products in construction projects are key in this role.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, project management, or project engineering roles
• Experience selling commercial mechanical systems, HVAC, and/or building automation solutions
• Past ability to work with building owners and/or facility/property managers
• Estimating experience required
• Proven success in generating and maintaining customer relationships
• Able to attend customer events (lunches, happy hours, golfing, etc.)
• Active driver's licence and vehicle required - able to pass background/driving checks
• Must live in Oregon or SW Washington, open to working in-the-field, remotely, and/or in the local office at least 1-2 days a week
