Title: Mechanical (Thermal) Design Engineer
Location: Pelzer, SC

Job Summary

• Design HVAC, thermal, and ventilation systems for modular data centers and power modules.
• Develop mechanical layouts and equipment arrangements for critical infrastructure projects.
• Perform thermal calculations and basic CFD analysis to support system performance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design HVAC, cooling, and ventilation systems for data center applications.
• Create mechanical layouts, construction drawings, and equipment specifications.
• Perform thermal analysis and support system sizing and equipment selection.
• Collaborate with electrical, structural, fire protection, and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of Mechanical Design Engineering experience.
• Experience with HVAC systems, thermal design, and construction drawings.
• Data Center or Modular design experience preferred; PE License is a plus.
