This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to independently manage projects while mentoring junior engineers.Core Responsibilities Lead HVAC engineering and design for complex industrial projectsDevelop advanced HVAC systems, including process ventilation and hazardous area pressurizationPerform detailed load calculations, system analysis, and equipment selectionPrepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and layoutsOversee and ensure quality of work produced by junior engineers and designersEvaluate existing systems and provide strategic improvement recommendationsDevelop project cost estimates and support project planning phasesConduct field investigations, troubleshoot issues, and validate system designsCoordinate with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary engineering teamsPreferred Additional Expertise Dust collection system design (including combustible dust applications)Plumbing systems design (industrial water/wastewater systems)Fire protection system design and hazard analysisRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldProfessional Engineer (PE) license required10+ years of industrial HVAC engineering experience (chemical/manufacturing preferred)Strong knowledge of NFPA, ASHRAE, OSHA, and relevant industry codesAdvanced proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit/Navisworks preferredProven experience leading projects and mentoring engineering teamsImportant Requirement Candidates must have passed the FE exam and hold an active EIT certification (in addition to PE license requirement)This is a remote position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
