Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated and hands-on Mechatronic Intern to join our engineering team at Newton CFV's headquarters in Sebastian, Florida. As a Mechatronic Intern, you'll work closely with our experienced Mechatronic and Design Engineering teams to support the first production lot of our Gravity Beverage Fountain system.
What You'll Do
Participate in the full assembly process of Gravity Beverage Fountain systems
Learn and assist with sub-assembly operations, ensuring high-quality standards
Read and interpret engineering prints and technical documents with guidance from the design team
Support testing and troubleshooting in our lab environment
Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve mechanical or electrical issues
Gain firsthand experience with CFV technology
What You'll Learn
Real-world application of mechatronic principles
Hands-on experience with automated beverage systems
Quality control techniques and troubleshooting methods
Team-based engineering collaboration in a fast-paced production environment
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering
Strong interest in hands-on mechanical/electrical systems
Ability to read or willingness to learn how to read technical drawings
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Prior lab or technical project experience is a plus
