We are expanding production capacity at our Hutto facility, improving existing equipment, and increasing automation across our manufacturing processes. We are looking for a hands-on Mechatronics & Automation Engineer to improve equipment reliability, solve production challenges, and lead automation and equipment improvement projects.This role combines mechanical design, electrical troubleshooting, automation, process improvement, and project execution. You'll work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to improve uptime, safety, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
