Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Mechatronics Engineer to join our team on a temporary basis.
The Mechatronics Engineer 1 will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting integrated electromechanical systems.
This role requires a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles.
The position will involve travel between our Boston and Hopkinton sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and test mechatronic systems and components.
Develop control systems and algorithms for automated equipment.
Troubleshoot and maintain existing mechatronic systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Document designs, processes, and test results.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related engineering field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechatronics Engineer.
Proficiency in CAD software, PLC programming, and control system design.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related engineering field.
