Starting Pay: $25-27 per hour
Shift: 5 or 6 AM start time
Duration: 3+ months, potential for temp-to-direct hire

Job Purpose:
Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Lead and other support departments to meet production schedules, goals, and objectives. Responsible for assembling high-quality medical devices, training associates, and minimizing scrap.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble medical device components following approved manufacturing procedures with minimal supervision and the ability to work independently.
- Support leads and engineering staff in training activities; provide training to associates and customers.
- Assist in identifying and resolving potential issues/discrepancies, notifying supervisors, and resolving routine issues. Collaborate with supervisors on more complex problems.
- May create production plans/schedules based on customer demand.
- Ensure appropriate quality levels for product lines.
- Offer input to engineering and managerial staff on efficiency improvements.
- Manage WIP inventory and procure manufacturing supplies.
- Participate in line and project meetings as needed.
- Maintain clean room integrity through proper attire and adherence to clean room practices and procedures.
- Follow general safety rules, manufacturing procedures, company policies, and FDA regulations.
- Monitor in-process controls and test yields to ensure manufacturing processes operate within approved specifications.
- Complete device history records using good documentation practices; provide input on documentation improvements.
- Additional duties as required.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Trained on multiple product lines with flexibility to switch roles with minimal errors.
- Skilled in using various tools and equipment required for the job.
- Experience in direct interaction with customers.
