Med Spa Manager - Aesthetics

Run a brand new med spa in Lake Nona from the day it opens. The owners already run one successful VIO location, the treatment team is being hired now, and you join full-time and paid through the entire pre-opening period. Base salary plus a performance bonus tied to membership and revenue growth.

About This Practice

VIO Med Spa Lake Nona is a new spa opening in the Lake Nona area of south Orlando, near Medical City and Laureate Park. It is the second VIO location for the husband and wife team who own it, led by a licensed nurse practitioner with eighteen years in private practice. They already run an established VIO spa that has been open about two years, and the clinical owner is on site twice a week working the wellness side. This is not an absentee investment.

The spa is under construction now and opens in early November. The service menu is built around injectables and fillers, with HydraFacial, Morpheus, threads, biostimulators and a wellness offering, all running on Zenoti. What is missing is the med spa manager who runs the place.

The Role

As Med Spa Manager you own the medical spa end to end. The revenue and membership numbers are yours, you lead the treatment and front desk team, and you build the local presence that fills the appointment book across Lake Nona, Laureate Park, Medical City, and the surrounding south Orlando area.

Before the doors open you have real runway to get the team ready, meet the businesses around you, and open properly instead of scrambling. After they open, the performance of the location is yours. This is a single-location general manager seat, not a district role: one team, one number, one community to build in.

What You Will Do

• Own the medical spa's revenue and membership performance
  
• Lead, coach, and schedule the treatment and front desk team
  
• Run local marketing yourself: table events, business to business outreach, and community partnerships
  
• Own guest experience from first enquiry through rebooking
  
• Run day to day operations, inventory, and the EMR and booking systems that keep the floor moving
  
• Get the spa open: team trained, schedule built, local relationships in place
  

In your first ninety days you will know every member of your team and where each needs support, have a local outreach plan running with named partners nearby, open with a team that is ready, and be working from weekly numbers rather than instinct.

What You Need

• Three to five years leading a team at a single location, with accountability for revenue or sales results
  
• A track record you can describe in numbers: a target you owned, where it finished, and comfort managing a P&L
  
• Experience developing people, including a team you inherited rather than hired
  
• Hands on local marketing experience, not marketing that someone else ran for you
  
• Comfort working in a booking and point of sale platform. Zenoti experience is a plus, not a requirement
  
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Lake Nona, Orlando, including Saturdays
  

Nice to Have

• Experience managing a med spa. Injectables experience is not required
  
• Experience opening a brand new location
  
• A membership or recurring revenue background, for example a membership-based service business
  
• Bilingual English and Spanish
  

Med spa experience is a strong advantage but it is not a requirement, and neither is injectables experience. If you have run a location, carried its number, and kept a team together, we want to talk to you. Training on our services and systems is provided.
