We are seeking Spanish speaking, motivated Appointment Setters/Customer Service Representatives to help convert warm leads into consultations. If you enjoy talking to people, hitting goals, and earning performance-based bonuses, we'd love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
This is a consultative appointment-setting position working with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our services. 
• Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day)
• Handle inbound inquiries
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport
• Educate prospects on our services
• Book same-day or next-day consultations
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally
• Maintain strong show rates
• Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert.

What We’re Looking For
• Outbound call center experience preferred
• Comfortable in high-volume dialing
• Strong communication skills
• Persuasive but professional
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• 5 days a week, every other Saturday 




Compensation
$15–$19/hour based on experience and qualifications, plus performance bonuses.
Stable Hourly base pay + performance bonuses 
Bonus earned for every consultation that arrives
