What You'll Do

Client Experience & Operations

• Welcome and assist clients warmly with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Manage appointments, check-ins, and scheduling flow efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk environment
• Support clinic presentation and client comfort, including beverages and atmosphere

Lead Management & Patient Coordination

• Handle incoming inquiries via calls, texts, and online leads promptly
• Maintain accurate CRM and patient records with attention to detail
• Follow up with leads to support booking conversion and retention
• Coordinate clear communication between clients and the clinical team

Sales Training & Professional Growth

• Participate in the consultation flow and client journey to learn sales strategies
• Develop communication and conversion skills through hands-on experience
• Support booking, client retention, and treatment planning exposure
• Advance into client-facing, performance-driven roles with growth opportunities
