• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg
• Location: West Seminole Blvd, Sanford, FL 32771
• Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends)
• Salary Range: $29.00 (2 yrs) - $42.13 (17 yrs MAX) per hour + Shift Differentials
• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for night shifts and relocation assistance (case by case)
• Shift differentials: $4.50 for nights and $1.50 for weekends

Job Summary:
Join our Hospital, a 230-bed Level II Trauma Center with a full-service cardiovascular program. We're looking for dedicated Med Surg RNs to provide top-notch care in our dynamic facility, which includes specialties like orthopedics, spine care, and robotic surgery.

Qualifications:

• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• Recent acute care Med-Surg experience, open to PCU/CVICU/ICU experience
• Current FL State Registered Nurse license or compact licensure
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Med Surg setting
• Work with a diverse patient population including oncology, ortho, trauma, and psychiatric cases
• Engage in critical thinking, service excellence, and effective communication
