Med/Surg Registered Nurse – Travel Assignment in Lebanon, NH

Pay & Schedule  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered Med/Surg nursing care.
  
• Assess patients, administer medications, and monitor clinical conditions.
  
• Develop and evaluate patient care plans.
  
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient safety standards.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years current Med/Surg experience – Required
  
• 6+ months previous travel experience – Required
  
• EPIC experience – Required
  
• Tele/Progressive Care experience – Preferred
  
• Active NH RN or Compact License – Required
  
• Active AHA BLS & ACLS – Required
  
• Current Med/Surg Skills Checklist (within 1 year)
  
• 1 supervisory signed reference from the past 2 years
  
• Own vehicle – Required
  
• Permanent address must be included in profile
  
• No block scheduling
  
• All RTO/scheduling requests must be submitted with the application; requests after offer may result in a rescinded offer
  
• Traveler must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
