As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med Surg setting
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Floating within the same discipline across local campuses as needed
- Utilizing EPIC EMR for accurate and efficient documentation
- Adhering to facility policies and procedures, including holiday and on-call requirements
Requirements for this role include:
- Active Illinois RN license and eligibility to apply for an Iowa license
- At least 2 years of Med Surg experience
- Completion of at least 1 travel contract
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
- Need 2 years experience in setting
