Med Tech/CNA – 1st ShiftFull-Time | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM The Village at Brookwood – Burlington, NC The Village at Brookwood is looking for a compassionate and dependable Med Tech/CNA to join our Assisted Living team on 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM). In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing medication support and hands-on care in a welcoming, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do- Safely administer medications according to physician orders and community policies
- Accurately document medication administration in the electronic medical record
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nurse
- Assist with medication reorders as needed
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Document resident care and services provided
- Participate in resident-centered care planning
- Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide excellent care
What We're Looking For- Current North Carolina CNA certification and active listing on the NC Nurse Aide Registry
- Current Med Tech certification
- Successful completion of an approved Adult Care Home Medication Aide/Med Tech training program
- Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
